Anthony Korevaar CEO

Antony Korevaar – Owner-Managing Member

Started his FMCG career with Johnson & Johnson in 1983. Covered all areas in the business from selling, regional management, national account management and until he left in 1997 held the position of general manager coastal. Antony was a founding member and director of Strategic Sales and started Trilink Dynamics in Nov 2006.

Michiel van Wyk – Finance Manager

Michiel studied for a B Com degree at the Rand Afrikaans University. He joined VMS Western Cape in 2008 as the Financial Manager. His ability to adopt and to apply his analytical mind soon established him for setting the benchmarks required in the FMCG financial requirements. In 2014 he resigned from the VMS Group and joined Trilink Dynamics assuming the position of Finance Manager.

Derick Muller – Member Head of Sales

Joined J&J as a Salesman in 1987. Spent 13 years at J & J in various capacities ranging from Sales manager, Key accounts to Regional Management. Was a founder member of Strategic Sales and Merchandising, established in 1997 and was subsequently promoted to General Manager of Sales in Gauteng, in 2003. He joined the VMS Group in Gauteng as an Operation Director in 2007. Moved to Trilink Dynamics in 2014.
 
 

Norman Reeve – Member Head of Franchise / WH / Country

Norman has experience within the FMCG business having started his career with Strategic Sales since 1998. Norman held various positions in the sales department. 2001 SRS-Spar dedicated team Regional Manager. 2004 – Dedicate Manager (Premier Foods). Moved to Trilink Dynamics in 2006 and became a partner in 2008.

Desmond Jacobs – Operations Manager

Desmond has experience within the FMCG business having started his career with Kimberly Clark since 1977. Joined J&J in 1981 and held various positions in the sales department. Joined Strategic Sales in 1997 and was promoted to merchandising manager in 1999. Moved to Trilink Dynamics in 2006.

Anita du Preez – Member

Anita entered the FMCG sales business in 1996. She went from sales and bookkeeping in an Engineering business to being a Senior financial Controller for Tiger Brands. From 2001 till August 2005 she worked at AG Cordiner & Son where she handled different portfolios: Bookkeeper, Supplier invoicing and accounts, SARS submissions, salaries and reps incentives. Loading deals on Bromor and Bokomo, overseeing the L'Oreal account on sales etc. Anita joined Strategic Sales in September 2005 as Regional Manager. She moved over to Trilink Dynamics in 2006 and also registered our business Trilink Dynamics Lesotho in April 2008. She is the current main member of Trilink Free State, Northern Cape and Lesotho.

Johan Du Preez – Member

Joined Tiger Brands in1998 as Depot Manager in Free State. Promoted to Sales Manager in 2001. Appointed as Regional Customer Manager in 2002 for Grains, Culinary and Snacks and Treats. Joined Masscash Free State in 2011 as Regional Buyer. Promoted to Regional Operational Manager in 2013. Promoted to Regional Procurement Executive at Masscash in 2015. Joined Trilink Dynamics Free State in March 2018 as Sales Executive.

Gregory Hancocks – Member

Greg’s FMCG career started within Smith Kline Beecham where he racked up 12 years’ experience at various operational roles. After successfully managing the Eastern Cape Division for 3 years as a Regional Operations Manager, he decided to venture into the FMCG Agency environment where he has spent the last 18 years driving his passion at the rock face! Greg’s ethos is to drive relationships at store level and deliver on the supplier’s mandate at the Rock face! He moved to Trilink in July 2015.

Marino Gherbavaz – Member

Marino’s corporate career spanned over a period of 17 years where he held numerous sales, merchandising and Account Management positions in companies such as Vital Health foods, Colgate Palmolive and Reckitt Benckiser. In his last 4 years at Reckitt Benckiser he held the position of Head of trade Marketing South Africa, where he was responsible for coordinating the groups sales, marketing and manufacturing and operational mandates. Marino’s key strength lies in strategic management and his passion is to coach and mentor willing talent. He moved to Trilink in July 2015.

Dennis Marshall – Member

Dennis Marshall took over the ownership and management of AFK Marshall & Son in 1986. This early introduction into the FMCG industry saw him develop AFK into a bespoke regional operation servicing companies from large corporate multi-nationals to small independent manufacturers. With more than 25 years in the industry Dennis has developed a wealth of experience and knowledge in the FMCG industry.

Andrew Marshall – Member

Andrew Marshall joined AFK Marshall & Son in 1995 after having worked as a Civil Engineer for a Cape Town based company (Ovcon) for seven years. He began his FMCG career as a rep/manager where he managed sales and merchandising in the Southern Cape. Andrew became a partner in 2004 and is currently Operations Head for the company.

Graham Richards – Head of Operations

Graham Richards started his career in 1993 as a manager for the Shoprite Group in the Eastern Cape. Thereafter Graham joined an FMCG regional Agency Business as a sales rep in 1997. He then moved to Smollans (Tiger Brands div.) to head up the Southern Cape Region. In 2006 he joined AFK Marshall & Son as an Operations Head, and was made a partner in 2008.
